Ich kenne die Bäckerei schon seit vielen Jahren aus meiner Zeit im Elsass. Und auch heute fahre ich immer auf der A35, auf der französischen Seite. Zum einen fährt es sich angenehmer, als auf der A5 und zum Anderen gibt es "les trois petits pains" in Lauterbourg. Und wenn man noch einrichten kann, morgens vor 7:00h dort zu sein, bekommt man das beste, frische Baguette im ganzen Elsass. Ich nehm meist gleich 10 Teile mit, da alle Bekannten eines wollen und meist die ersten Drei bereits auf dem Weg nach Frankfurt "verdampfen". Wobei auch alle anderen Backwaren super sind, aber das Baguette ist eine Klasse für sich. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen, es ist ein Muss, wie der Eifelturm in Paris. Nur gerade am Wochenende sollte man nicht zu spät dran sein, denn das hat sich auch schon bis über Karlsruhe hinaus herumgesprochen.Traduction
I've known the bakery for many years from my time in Alsace. And even today, I always drive on the A35, on the French side. And if you can manage to get there before 7:00 a.m., you'll get the best, freshest baguette in all of Alsace. I usually take 10 at once, because everyone I know wants one, and the first three usually evaporate on the way to Frankfurt. All the other baked goods are great, too, but the baguette is in a class of its own. I highly recommend it to everyone; it's a must-see, like the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Just don't be too late, especially on weekends, because word has spread far beyond Karlsruhe.

Mit die beste Bäckerei im Elsass. Hier wird nach ältesten Rezept gebacken. Somit das beste Baguette zu bekommen. Parksituation etwas schwierig aber die Qualität ist es wert. Sinnvoll ist es vorzubestellen da die Qualität sich auch über die Grenze hinaus rumgesprochen hat.

One of the best bakeries in Alsace. They bake according to the oldest recipes, making it the best baguette. Parking is a bit difficult, but the quality is worth it. It's a good idea to pre-order, as word of the quality has spread even beyond the border.

Excellente boulangerie familiale, le pain est toujours d'une qualité constante, ce qui est très rare de nos jours, ils ont un choix raisonnable de pain varié et vous servent toujours avec le sourire ce qui ne gâte rien, je suis ravi de faire goûté ses Banettes ,épis et autres produits a notre famille d'Allemagne qui les apprécient aussi avec bonheur.

Excellent family bakery, the bread is always of a consistent quality, which is very rare these days, they have a reasonable choice of varied bread and always serve you with a smile which doesn't spoil anything, I am delighted to have our family in Germany taste their Banettes, épis and other products who also enjoy them with happiness.

Sehr gerne wieder. Die Croissant sind einfach spitze. Auch die anderen Backwaren sind super lecker. Alleine der Geruch wenn man reinkommt mach schon lust aufs Frühstück.
